Can you actually see yourself telling your mom that?

What do you think her reaction would be?

I can tell you what my mom’s reaction was… She said, “Ok son, if that’s what you want to do… I will support you in any any way that I can.“  What an awesome mother I have right?

After I got done explaining to her that it wasn’t what she thought… She was like, “that sounds like a beautiful thing.  A group of people banding together for one common goal.  I see why it’s called a Tribe now.”

It made sense to my mom so it should make sense to you right?  If you’re new to blogging or even a seasoned blogger, getting your content out there and creating a loyal following should be your main objective… but if you’re going at it alone then you might want to think about joining a Tribe.

A Tribe is basically a content syndication group where everyone’s objective is simple…  To help promote each others content.  You’ve heard the acronym T.E.A.M right?  Together Everyone Achieves More – and it couldn’t be any more true with a Tribe Syndication group.

So obviously that’s the main reason people join a Tribe… but I want to share with you a three other not so obvious reasons that you need to join a Tribe. (If you want to participate in this ‘New Social Media’ that is…)

Reason #1 – To Educate Yourself, Others, And To Accumulate More Value

Most people think it’s all about getting more traffic to your content and sharing other peoples content – which it is… but if you are participating in the Tribes you better gosh darn be learning a thing of two from others!

Reason #2 – To Build Rock Solid Relationships And Potential Partnerships

I can personal attest to this.  Some of my best relationships in this industry are as a result of being in a Tribe or a content syndication group… and I know that future partnerships or Joint Ventures will also come about from these relationships that I’ve created.

Reason # 3 – So You Can Tell Your Mom You Grew Up And Joined A Tribe Of Course…

I’m kidding or am I?

No seriously, joining a tribe can be one of the fastest ways to brand yourself. The sheer nature of the syndication can assist you in becoming a household name way faster then any other way that I know of because of how highly leveraged it is… and this day and age, you should know that people really don’t give a damn about your products or your ‘opportunity’ – they want to know how you can help them and what type of value you have to offer.

With that being said…

I actually participate in quite a few Tribes.  However, if I had to pick just one… my answer would hands down be Katie Freiling’s Unified Tribe.  It’s brought me the greatest amount of exposure, leads, and traffic in the shortest amount of time.

So chances are you’ve probably heard of “The Secret”… but have you ever heard of the “Law of Importance?”

My guess is probably not…

Well the “Law of Importance” was something developed by Woody Woodward (A high school drop out at the age of 16 who went on to become a millionaire at the age of 26) after studying countless stories of people who have overcome amazing challenges and serious adversity yet still have managed to come out on top.

The “Law of Importance” also known as your emotional fingerprint basically states that all human behavior is governed by what makes one feel important – and it consists of 5 main principles.

Before I get into those principles…

I want to share with you what caused “Ninja Grandma”, Mary Louise Zeller (6th degree Black Belt and a Master Instructor in Olympic Sport Taekwondo) to develop her emotional fingerprint.

This was a clip from the movie I-ology which is a documentary based on the law of importance. Oh and BTW… Here are the 5 principles before I get off on a tangent (Happens often) :

1. – If  two or more I’s are being met simultaneously, you will have a positive peak in attitude, more so than just a normal day.

Go back and think of time when you just feel like you are on top of the world.  Chances are 2 of your I’s are being met. Your I’s are simply the 5 things that make you feel important.

2. – If two or more I’s are being offended simultaneously, you will have a negative drop in attitude, more so than just a normal day.

Now think of a time when you’ve felt like you just could not get a break – everything just seems to be going wrong. Well it’s safe to say that 2 of your I’s are not being validated or they are being offended.

3. – Subconsciously or consciously you will do anything within your belief system to defend or support your I’s.

Probably the most important of the principles (I’d write this down and make a note of it).  This is what causes people to overcome insurmountable odds because they have a desire of importance that needs to be met.

4. – I’s are created by mind shifts.  Mind shifts are created by drama or trauma.

Throughout your life, the things that make you feel important will change based on dramatic experiences (positive) and traumatic experiences (negative).

5. – You cannot take away an I without replacing it with another I.

If one or more of the things that makes you feel important is dependent on someone else validating it… it’s possible that a one point or another it might have to be replaced – Especially if that person, for whatever reason is no longer in your life.

So here’s why you should care…

… Because you can take over the WORLD! (Just kidding) Well, sort of… You’ve heard the quote by Zig Ziglar, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want” right?

So if you know that people have a strong desire to have their “I’s” met… How much more influence do you think you could have, if you could help MORE people fulfill their urge to feel important?

Wouldn’t you rather be the CEO of John Smith Inc or Jane Smith Inc? (YOU Inc Business Model)

My point here is in order for you to create the type of success that you have NOT gotten up to this point, you must begin to make a name for yourself so that you can begin to have the influence and the type of prestige it’s going to take to create the attraction necessary to bring high quality leaders and business partners seeking you out instead of the competition. This is the core essence of Attraction Marketing and I’ll have you know that attraction is not a choice.

Is this making any sense Young Jedi Master?  Eye opening stuff huh?  Well I just pulled back the curtains and revealed to you that your company is looking to create a following and NOT necessarily leadership. Now before you start throwing punches…of course there has to be some type of unison and order…That’s part of the whole operation.  A new person can’t just come in and not have a clue where to get started.  So there has to be something in place where they can get plugged in and start to have a blueprint to build their empire…but are YOU looking to just plug in or are you looking to have the masses plug in to YOU?

I don’t know about you…but I plan on kicking back today and watching all the NFL players that were voted to this year’s PRO BOWL…

Today I’ll just be a spectator though, but do you want to know what???

This past year I was a participant – and NO I don’t mean in the NFL. (I’m about 170lbs and would of gotten crushed!)

There is a new network marketing company on the block called Numis Network.  When I say new, I mean about five months to be exact…

The company was born in August of 2009 and was put together by Chris Kent, Ian Cordell, and Jake Kevorkian.  Numis may very well be a new company, however the three of them combined have well over 20 years experience in MLM, Network Marketing, and Direct Sales.
