My Story

First off, thank you for visiting my blog and also checking out my website to find out a little more about me. I created this blog to maintain and develop new relationships with some incredible people as well as share content and bring as much value as I can humanly can.

Starting the next chapter in my life…

I am all filled with ambition and I strive for excellence under any and all circumstances.

I’m not afraid to try anything.

I believe everyone has the ability to be successful and happy. For some it’s easy, for some they make it look easy, and for some…they will never reach that point.

I’m full of determination and I know what its like to have my freedom taken away from me. They say insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result…

I have learned my lessons in life… Recovering alcoholic, so that means I am not afraid of challenges.

I believe if you help people get what THEY want, you will ultimately get what YOU want. Always dream and shoot higher than you know you can reach. Don’t bother just to be better than everyone else, try to be better than yourself. You can do ANYTHING if you put your mind to it.

I got into the Network Marketing industry for a couple of reasons. The first reason was to get out of the restaurant industry, where I spent my time building someone else’s dream. (I escaped the Rat Race after 12yrs in the Restaurant Biz in Jan of 2008.) I wanted my time back to do the things that I wanted to, which included giving back to the people that have given me so much.

Which leads me to my second reason… My Parents! They are the hardest working people that I know and I’m afraid that eventually they’re going to work themselves to death. I want to be able to pay my parents to never work again. I know that money isn’t everything in life, but it seems to be an issue in their relationship.

To tell you a little about myself now, I am an aspiring personal trainer. I enjoy working out and I am a natural athlete. Music is the key to my soul and I cannot live without it. Whatever I do I put forth 110% commitment. I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for knowledge. Working for someone just never worked out for me…

Having been raised the way most people were raised, that is to go to school, get a good education, and then get a good paying job. I never realized that this type of opportunity existed… Well, it sure does exist and it can be a reality for a lot of you.

If you aren’t happy where you are in life then you owe it to yourself tostop and make some changes. Again, the definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over, but expecting a different result. Most people will not change until the pain of staying the same is greater then the pain of change.

I’ve learned that the Yes’s will build your business and the No’s will build YOU. I accredit my success to my ability to stay positive and focused throughout the bumps in the road.

I have several goals for myself. The first of which I have previously mentioned would be to retire both my parents. Others include opening up my own fitness facility, traveling the world, having a successful home based business, and helping others achieve their dreams.

Who I’d Like to Meet:

Let’s start with people that I DON’T want to meet… I’m NOT interested in meeting those who whine and complain about life, but don’t do anything about it. They just become a part of the problem. Negative people and dream stealers they call them. They suck the life out of you like zombies and vampires. I’m also NOT interested in meeting people who settle for being average either. God didn’t create us to be average. We were destined for greatness since our first breath of air. In fact, before we were even a glimmer in our parents eye. If any of that sounds like you then I suggest you DO NOT contact me, in fact click the little X on the top right of the screen.

I’m looking to meet people who are ambitious, positive, upbeat, successful minded, and still dare to dream! Entrepreneurs and people who live life as if today was there last. None of us have a contract with life. STOP saying TOMORROW and believing we have an unlimited amount of time!!!

Last but not least, people who are not afraid to fail. Failure teaches us to be wiser, better, and more successful. Don’t take my word for it though, see for yourself. See what failure has done for Michael Jordan.

Plain and simple, I’m interested in helping those that are either in the the home based business arena or are looking to get in a home based business. Let’s be honest, we’re headed towards an economic downtime. It’s a essential that we all have a plan B to protect ourselves. Again, don’t take my word for it.

I’d like to share my experiences and answer any questions you may have. Whether you are struggling or seeing great success. I’m looking to hear from the sharpest tool you use to build your business…Which is, if you don’t already know…Is YOU!

Doing what I do, I have come to realize that hidden inside everyone, there is a child that still dares to dream. Even though this child is sometimes hidden, he or she is still able to imagine the kind of life that you truly want, usually focused on future moments of pleasure shared with loved ones.

If you are still strong enough to dream…IT IS TIME TO LET THAT CHILD COME OUT AND PLAY!

I know this sounds impossible, and if you are anything like me, you have heard all the hype from lots of multi level pyramid scams over the years talking about how if you just bother your friends and family and get 3 who get 3 who get 3…you will be rich.

YEAH RIGHT!

Most network marketing/MLM businesses expect a miracle from you. They want you to magically produce a market that you can sell some sort of magic product. You start with your friends and family…but when they run out THEN YOU HAVE TO DO WHAT? Hand out business cards at the mall?

YUCK!

I know that you are like me, hate all the false claims and bogus business ideas out there today…and most of all…YOU ARE SICK OF BEING LIED TOO!

Next to helping my parents out and being a difference maker in other peoples lives, my biggest dream was to have the kind of success that I really wanted in my own business. I truly believed in the concept of building a successful business, and eagerly applied the concepts I was being taught.

I couldn’t wait to get my business started. I faithfully made a list of 200 people I knew, my family, my friends and of course all the “professionals” I knew. I called all those people; I held house parties, delivered DVD’s, CD’s, 3-way calls with an upline who was still waiting to see her own check rise above the amount that she spent on products. I even tried to expose the pizza delivery guy and people at Wal-Mart to my opportunity.

Nothing worked. I had a few business partners, but my team wasn’t growing. I was not at a profit. I was frustrated. I had invested EVERYTHING into my business and received nothing, and finally after doing the same things over and over expecting a different result, I figured a few things about making a home business work.

As you realize that this is living, you sit back and ponder how good things really are. You may even stop and think to yourself… money isn’t everything, but it sure makes things a bit easier.

Now, I don’t want to suggest that just anyone can be successful in this business. I have found that the people who make this work have 3 distinct qualities.

1. You must be willing to learn and be coach-able. If you think that you already have all the answers, then you’re probably right and I can’t help you. If YOU TRULY WANT SUCCESS, you have to be willing to learn. The most successful people I have ever met are constantly learning, growing and getting better and better.

2. You must have a BIG BIG Reason WHY you want success. For me, I wanted to be able to retire my parents. For you, it may be firing your boss, it may be more free time, it may be travel…whatever it is, it has to be a BURNING DESIRE!

3. You must be willing to put forth an effort…REALLY PUT FORTH AN EFFORT. Look, you can make so much money part time that you’ll need the rest of your time just to figure out how to spend it, but if you can’t make a focused effort, then forget it. Most people are lazy…Grass growing under their feet kind of lazy. This country has become the land of opportunity to work for someone else and make THEM RICH, in fact…

Couple those 3 distinct qualities with a business that has these 3 key elements and success can be your God given Birth Right!

1. The Right Product and Opportunity. This means finding a product that everyone needs, is already using or plans to use, and everyone is going to buy. That must be coupled with a comp plan that truly rewards you and your business partners for their efforts.

2. The Right Timing. Timing is everything. Imagine if you could have purchased one of the first McDonald’s Franchises, or purchased stock in Microsoft 25 years ago, or been involved in the beginning of the pc industry, the cell phone, the internet boom. The list goes on…. Changes everything right?

3. The Right Leadership and Training. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT! You must align yourself and follow people of true character, integrity and strength. You must ask this all important question. Does the individual or group I am following or plan to follow SERIOUSLY have my interest at heart? Are they GENUINLY concerned and committed to helping me make my goals and dreams becoming realities? I say that only because so many new business babies are born, then 30-60 days later are found abandoned and lifeless along the very path they were promised would lead them to the promised land.
